- Préparer 80 g flocons d'avoine
- Obtenir 6 carrés de chocolat noir couper en 2
These healthy chocolate chip muffins are a version I've been wanting to make for a while. They're gluten free thanks to almond flour and gluten free oat flour â plus they're also dairy free thanks to the use of almond milk. I hope you'll bake a batch ASAP. These Gluten-Free Chocolate Muffins, that are also grain-free chocolate muffins, are my contribution to this fabulous and fun gluten-free muffin"equivalent" of the other March Madness events.

- Ăcraser les bananes et ajouter les Ćufs, mĂ©langer
- Ajouter le fromage blanc, la maïzena et le levure, mélanger
- Ajouter le cacao et les flocons d'avoine, melanger
- Graisser si nécessaire et mettre dans les moules à muffins. Ajouter les demi carré de chocolat noir
- Cuire 15min à 180°C
- Laisser refroidir pour démouler
